  • Reconnect supports and assists parents and carers and young people aged 12-18 when there has been recent family conflict.


  • Reconnect Newly Arrived Youth Support Service (Reconnect NAYSS) gives support for young people aged 12-21 and their families, from refugee backgrounds, who are at risk of homelessness, and to improve their level of engagement with family, the community, education and employment options.


  • Tapping Inner Strengths provides Parents with strategies for parenting their teens.


  • Youth Connections supports those young people who are most at risk of disengaging from education or training to attain Year 12 or equivalent and to help them make a successful transition on to further education, training or work.


  • Communities Supporting Families (CSF) provides support for families to build positive relationships with their children aged 6 to 12 years and ensure their wellbeing.


  • Home Interaction program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY) is a home-based early childhood enrichment program which promotes school readiness for children aged 3 to 5 years.
